RS 37:1541 - Legislative intent It is the purpose of this Chapter to encourage more effective utilization of the skills of licensed veterinarians by enabling them to delegate certain veterinary health care tasks to registered veterinary technicians where such delegation is consistent with the animal patient's health and welfare.
