RS 37:1745.15 - Confidential nature of reports A. Notwithstanding the provisions of the Public Records Act, R.S. 44:1 et seq., reports received by professional licensing boards under the provisions of this Part shall be held confidential and shall not be deemed to be or be treated as public records.
