RS 37:1797 - Records open to inspection A. The commissioner, or his designee, may inspect all records of any person regulated by the provisions of this Part to ensure compliance with the provisions of this Part and any rules or regulations adopted under this Part. B. The records maintained pursuant to R.S. 37:1796 shall at all times be open to the inspection of the appropriate law enforcement officer as defined in R.S. 37:1782(5). Acts 1993, No. 391, §1, eff.
