RS 37:1868 - Hours of business A second-hand dealer shall neither open his place of business before the hour of 7 o'clock a.m. nor keep it open after the hour of 7 o'clock p.m. except on Saturdays and during the month of December, during which time the hour of 7 o'clock p.m. shall be extended to 10 o'clock p.m.
