RS 37:1909 - 'Mayor of the municipality' substituted for 'president of parish governing authority' when business located in municipality Whenever any business as herein defined is located or is to be located in any incorporated municipality, then the mayor of such municipality shall have all the power and authority, and be subject to all the duties as hereinabove provided for the president of the parish governing authority, who in such cases, shall be without right or authority to act; also, in such cases the words 'mayor of the municipality' shall be substituted for the words 'president of the parish governing authority', wherever same occur in this Part.
