RS 37:2108 - Renewal of licenses; suspension for failure to renew; renewal fee A. Every license issued by the board shall be renewed annually on or before January fifteenth of the calendar year, and any licenses not renewed within thirty days after renewal date shall be suspended, which suspension shall be revoked at the discretion of the board of examiners. B. The secretary of the board shall charge a fee of twenty-five dollars for the renewal of a license. C. Applicants for renewal of licenses shall not be required to take additional examinations.
