RS 37:2109 - Exemption from examination and fees Sanitarians who submit satisfactory proof to the board that they are registered as sanitarians or are practicing as such in the state of Louisiana, if they apply on or before January 15, 1955, shall be issued licenses without being required to take the board's written or oral examinations and shall also be exempt from payment of any examination fee or initial license fee.
