RS 37:2113 - Employment of unlicensed persons, prohibition It shall be unlawful for any department, board, commission or other agency of the state of Louisiana or of any district, parish or municipal governing body or for any person, firm or corporation to employ any sanitarian or sanitarian trainee who is not licensed or otherwise authorized by the board to pursue the profession of sanitarian or sanitarian trainee.
