RS 37:2116 - Enforcement of orders and rules of board The provisions of this Chapter and any valid rules or orders of the board may be enforced in the courts of this state by mandamus or injunction suits brought for this purpose by the board or by any interested party. It shall be the duty of the Attorney General of the state of Louisiana and each district attorney of the state to cooperate with the board in enforcing the provisions of this Chapter and the valid rules and orders of the board.
