RS 37:2204 - Licenses; fees; expiration; revocation A license fee of one hundred dollars shall be paid by any person issued a weather modification license, in addition to the application fee provided in R.S. 37:2203. Each such license shall expire one year after the date such license is issued and shall be revocable at any time, by the commissioner, in accordance with such procedure as the commissioner may establish.
