RS 37:2412 - License reciprocity In its discretion, the board may waive examination, and may license an applicant who is licensed and in good standing under the laws of another state, territory, or district, if the requirements for licensing of physical therapists or physical therapist assistants were, at the date of licensing therein, substantially equal to the requirements then or subsequently in force in Louisiana, and if the state, territory, or district from whence the applicant comes accords a similar licensing privilege without examination to licensees under this Chapter.
