RS 37:2593 - Prohibitions No licensee shall advertise, in any manner whatsoever, any statement or representation with regard to rates, terms or conditions of financial planning and management service which is false, misleading or deceptive. No licensee shall receive or charge any fee in the form of a promissory note or other promise to pay or receive or accept any mortgage or other security for any fee, whether as to real or personal property.
