RS 37:2658 - Seal The board shall adopt an official seal by which it shall authenticate its proceedings. Copies of the proceedings, records, and actions of the board, and certificates purporting to relate the facts concerning such proceedings, records, and actions, when signed by the secretary-treasurer and authenticated by the official seal, shall be prima facie evidence in all courts of this state.
