RS 37:2849 - Violation by one polygraphist or trainee not to affect employer Any unlawful act or violation of any of the provisions of this Chapter on the part of any polygraphist or trainee shall not be cause for the revocation of the certificate of any other polygraphist by whom the offending polygraphist or trainee may have been employed, unless it shall appear to the satisfaction of the board that the polygraphist employer has willfully or negligently aided or abetted the illegal actions or activities of the offending polygraphist or trainee.
