RS 37:2852 - Surrender of certificate Upon the revocation or suspension of any certificate, the certificate holder shall surrender the certificate or certificates to the secretary within thirty calendar days. Failure of a certificate holder to surrender such certificate or certificates shall be a violation of this Chapter and, upon conviction, he shall be subject to the penalties hereinafter set forth. At any time after the suspension or revocation of any certificate, the secretary shall restore the certificate to the former certificate holder, upon written recommendations of the board.
