RS 37:3107 - Complaints; penalties A. The board may upon its own initiative and shall upon the written complaint of any person investigate alleged violations of this Chapter by any licensed or unlicensed auctioneer, auction house, any applicant, or any apprentice auctioneer or applicant. B. Whoever violates any provision of this Chapter shall be subject to the penalties provided in R.S. 37:3123. Acts 1986, No. 564, §5, eff.
