RS 37:3142 - Sale as prima facie evidence of legal advertisement When any question arises out of any public sale made by any person authorized to sell at public auction and the sale was required by law to be preceded by advertisements, the sale being proved, shall be prima facie evidence that the legal advertisements were regularly made.
