RS 37:3157 - Operator training During the four years following the effective date of this Chapter, the board shall provide or establish what the appropriate training will be for all individuals who are required to obtain certification under the provisions of this Chapter. The board shall define, promote, and provide continuing training as required for recertification. If continuing training is not reasonably available within the state of Louisiana, the requirement to obtain training may be waived, on a case by case basis. Added by Acts 1983, No. 543, §1.
