RS 37:3158 - Required training for certified operators A. In order to retain certification an operator must participate in continuing training of not fewer than ten contact training hours per year or forty hours per four-year period. B. More than one certification held by an operator for a specific type of solid waste management facility shall be considered as one certification for the purposes of this Section provided that the certification is not conditional as defined by R.S. 37:3160(B). C. Such training required must meet the standards and requirements as approved by the board. Added by Acts 1983, No. 543, §1.
