RS 37:3206 - Compensation of members; expenses A. Members of the board shall receive a per diem of fifty dollars for each day in actual attendance at meetings. Each member shall be reimbursed for his actual travel, clerical, and incidental expenses necessarily incurred while engaged in the discharge of his official duties. The per diem and expenses shall be paid out of the monies credited to the board as provided in R.S. 37:3189(B). B. The board shall expend funds received under this Chapter for the purpose of meeting the expenses incurred by the board in the performance of its duties and functions under this Chapter.
