RS 37:3218 - Fees A. The board shall promulgate, in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act, a reasonable fee schedule for the issuance, renewal, or reinstatement of any license or permit, for administration of examinations for licensure, or for any other administrative function provided for in this Chapter. The fee schedule may be modified from time to time as deemed necessary by the board. B. All fees collected pursuant to the provisions of this Section shall be paid to the secretary-treasurer of the board and shall be used to carry out the purposes of this Chapter.
