RS 37:3301 - Short title; purpose A. This Chapter shall be known and may be cited as the Louisiana Athletic Trainers Law. B. The purpose of this Chapter is to provide for the protection of public health, safety, and welfare by providing for the licensing and regulation of the practice of athletic trainers in this state.
