RS 37:3312 - Penalty Any person who violates any provision of this Chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars, nor more than five hundred dollars, or be imprisoned in parish jail for not more than six months, or both.
