RS 37:3433 - Prohibition Nothing in this Chapter shall be construed to allow a licensed clinical exercise physiologist to practice physical therapy as defined in R.S. 37:2401 and 2410 nor shall any licensed clinical exercise physiologist hold himself out as a physical therapist or a physical therapist assistant.
