RS 37:346 - Employment of assistants; qualifications The board may employ inspectors, instructors, and such other assistants as are necessary to carry out the provisions of this Chapter subject to any civil service law in effect. All inspectors shall be barbers who have had at least two years experience in this state. The board may employ an attorney to represent it in its functions pursuant to this Chapter.
