RS 37:383 - Reports Each licensee, as often as required by rule or order of the board, shall file a verified report on forms prescribed by the board of all matters on account of which a record is required to be kept together with any other information or facts that may be pertinent and material within the scope of the purpose and intent of this Chapter.
