RS 37:392 - Penalty A. The board may fine any licensed barber. Each day on which a violation occurs is a separate violation. B. Whoever violates any provision of this Chapter or any rule, subpoena, or order of the board, lawfully made pursuant to this Chapter, shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars nor more than five hundred dollars or imprisoned for not more than six months, or both.
