RS 37:47 - Interpretation Nothing in this Chapter shall be construed to prevent or limit any occupational licensing board from granting or recognizing reciprocity or mobility in the licensing, registration, or certification of occupations or professions where an occupational licensing board has established or seeks to establish occupational regulations providing for reciprocity or mobility of licensed, registered, or certified occupations or professions as authorized by state law.
