RS 37:577 - Information not to be divulged No member of the board nor any officer, agent, or employee thereof shall divulge to any person the contents of any document, paper, or record examined by him in the performance of his duties under this Chapter or any information obtained by him in the course of his investigations except when necessary to carry out the purposes of this Chapter.
