RS 37:604 - Violations; penalties A. Upon proof of a violation of the provisions of this Chapter, the board may order the payment of up to two hundred dollars per violation, not to exceed a total of five thousand dollars. B. Each day on which a violation occurs is a separate violation for the purposes of this Chapter. C. In addition to the disciplinary action or fine assessed by the board, the board may also assess all costs incurred in connection with the proceedings, including but not limited to the costs of an investigator, stenographer, and attorney.
