RS 37:618 - Temporary permits One member of the board may grant a permit to any applicant after a satisfactory examination and shall report this immediately to the secretary-treasurer. This temporary permit shall not continue in force longer than until the next regular meeting of the board and shall not be granted in violation of any rule of the board. Acts 1970, No. 585, §1.
