RS 37:756 - Receipts and disbursements of board A. All fees received by the board under this Chapter shall be paid to the secretary-treasurer. Disbursements made by the board shall be signed by the president and the secretary-treasurer. In the absence of either the president or secretary-treasurer, the vice president or any employee empowered by the board by majority vote is authorized to sign all disbursements with the remaining authorized signatory. B. The board may expend the necessary funds for its offices, furniture, fixtures, supplies, equipment, printing, and all other expenses necessary to conduct the board's business.
