RS 37:784 - Persons whose license suspended or revoked prohibited from practicing Any dentist or dental hygienist whose license is suspended or revoked in accordance with this Chapter shall be deemed an unlicensed person during the period of the suspension or revocation, and shall be subject to the penalties prescribed for unlicensed persons if he practices during the period of suspension or revocation. The board retains jurisdiction over all such unlicensed persons relative to violations of and enforcement of the provisions of this Chapter. Acts 1991, No. 504, §1, eff. July 15, 1991.
