RS 37:797 - Employment or contracting with certain nonprofit entities No provision in this Chapter shall be construed to prohibit any person licensed under the provisions of this Chapter from being an employee or independent contractor of a nonprofit entity that meets the statutory, regulatory and program requirements for grantees supported under Section 330 of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. §254b) or its successor.
