RS 37:852 - Funeral home limousines No political subdivision of this state shall require a funeral home which is in compliance with all funeral home licensing requirements of the state and of that political subdivision to acquire any limousine franchise or limousine license from that political subdivision to operate any limousine owned or operated by that funeral home. The provisions of this Section shall be limited to limousines operated by such funeral homes for funeral services and weddings. Acts 1990, No. 981, §1.
