RS 37:863 - Substitution of guaranteed funeral goods and services If any guaranteed funeral goods or services which were selected by the buyer in a preneed funeral contract are unavailable at the time of the death of the funeral recipient of that contract, the funeral establishment shall offer a similar casket or other funeral goods or services of equal quality, value and workmanship as the unavailable funeral goods or services.
