RS 37:882 - Violations; penalties; hearings; subpoenas A. Whoever violates any of the provisions of this Part shall be subject to the same penalties provided for in R.S. 37:850. B. Hearings for violations of the provisions of this Part shall be conducted and subpoenas shall be issued in accordance with the provisions of R.S. 37:847. Acts 2003, No. 1243, §2.
