RS 37:924 - Temporary restraining order The board, through its executive director or officers, may obtain, without the necessity of posting bond, a temporary restraining order forbidding any individual from violating any of the provisions of this Part. This temporary restraining order shall not be subject to release upon bond. Upon obtaining the temporary restraining order, the board shall proceed in an action to convert the temporary restraining order into a permanent injunction.
