RS 37:95 - Legislative auditor Nothing in this Part shall apply to and the board shall not have any power to question or regulate any practices, services, functions, or other actions performed by the duly elected or appointed legislative auditor or his designees in the discharge of the powers, duties, and functions committed to his office by the state constitution or any statute.
