RS 38:16 - Board of Public Works; abolition A. The Board of Public Works is hereby abolished. B. The secretary of the Department of Transportation and Development shall be responsible for performing or exercising or delegating to an office within his department any powers or functions heretofore vested in the Board of Public Works.
