RS 38:18 - Conference with wildlife and fisheries commission The Louisiana Department of Public Works shall without fail confer with the Louisiana Wildlife and Fisheries Commission in the earliest possible planning stage on every project affecting wetlands and other wildlife habitat, whether such projects be joint state-federal, state-parish or state or parish projects.
