RS 38:1846 - Assumption of indebtedness of included districts Consolidated gravity drainage districts created under this Part may assume the outstanding bonded debt and other indebtedness, all or any part thereof, of the respective drainage districts included therein, in the manner and subject to the limitations contained in this Part.
