RS 38:1853 - Challenges If the vote of any taxpayer be challenged, the commissioners of election shall permit him to vote and shall receive in writing the grounds of challenge, signed by the challenger, together with the challenged taxpayer's statement of his asserted right to vote, and shall attach the challenge and statement to his ballot.
