RS 38:1856 - Oath of commissioners and clerks of election Commissioners and clerks of the elections, before opening the polls, shall be sworn to perform all the duties incumbent upon them. The oath shall be taken before any officer authorized to administer oaths, or by the clerk and each commissioner before any other commissioner. The commissioners of election may administer any oath and receive any affidavit provided for in this Part.
