RS 38:1861 - Proces verbal of canvass The board of commissioners ordering the election shall keep a proces verbal of the canvass and shall forward a certified copy thereof to the Secretary of State, who shall record the same; another certified copy to clerk of the district court, who shall also record it in the mortgage records; and the remaining copy shall be retained in the archives of the office of the board of commissioners ordering the election.
