RS 38:1996 - Name of corporation; domicile; citation and other process The legal title of the corporation shall be the Lafourche Basin Levee and Drainage District. The domicile of the corporation shall be in the city of Monroe, Louisiana, where its principal office shall be maintained and all of its books and records kept. Citation and all other legal process shall be served on the president, and in his absence, on the secretary and treasurer, at the domicile of the corporation.
