RS 38:1997 - Elections In all elections levying special taxes, local assessments, forced contributions, and acreage taxes, held in the Lafourche Basin Levee and Drainage District, the governing authority thereof shall proceed in the manner and according to the provisions of the Constitution and laws of Louisiana governing the elections in political subdivisions of the state.
