RS 38:2114 - Records to be kept The board of commissioners of irrigation districts organized under this Part shall cause to be kept a well bound book, entitled 'record book of board of commissioners of (here insert name of irrigation district)' in which shall be recorded the minutes of all meetings, all proceedings, certificates, oaths of commissioners, bonds of employees and contractors, and any and all corporate acts. The records shall be in the possession of the secretary of the board and shall be open to inspection at all times by any person interested.
