RS 38:2119 - Elections called by board Irrigation districts created under this Part, in order to carry out the provisions of this Part relative to the proper administration of the affairs of the district, through their governing authority, may call elections in accordance with the terms, conditions and provisions of Chapter 4, Sub-title II of Title 39, and in accordance with applicable provisions of the Constitution and other laws of Louisiana.
