RS 38:2122 - Bonds sold at public sale Bonds authorized to be issued by the irrigation districts shall be sold at public sale for a price not less than that fixed by law, after advertisement for three weeks, the first advertisement to be at least fifteen days prior to the date set for the sale in the official journal of the parish. The governing authority of the district may reserve the right to reject any and all bids. Amended by Acts 1968, No. 69, §1.
